This is an invitation to say yes to all of that is there, to descend into the dark spaces of yourself and accept what you have rejected about yourself.

This is a journey that brings you closer to your heart, a journey to your wholeness.

What will happen during the workshop:

We start with some information about the practice, a sharing circle and intention setting. I will guide you through a practice to help you slowly connect with your body through breath, movement, and sound, allowing you to access anger & other emotions stored in your body.

This is a safe space to express your emotions in any way that works for your body & nervous system. You are invited to scream, shout, punch pillows, stomp, shake etc. - all of you is welcome and this is your time to take up space & be heard. But also know that you don’t have to do any of these things if they feel uncomfortable or unsafe for you, anger can be released in many different ways & this is a space where you are free to find your own way of doing it.

We end our practice with calming and grounding exercises, which help us integrate and support our nervous system, promoting safety within our body.

There might be another sharing circle depending on the energy of the group after the practice.
